The institute started the ITES (Call Centre Agents training programme from November 2004 under the sponsorship of Dept. of DONER, Govt. of India. The course fee is actually 12,000/- but students have to pay only Rs. 2,000/- as the balance amount is borne by DONER as subsidy. Normally the duration for this course is 2 months. Intake : 20 seats for each session Fee: Rs. 2247/- Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline with fluency in English. Candidate must have an aptitude for problem solving & cross communication preferably with neutral accent. 10+2 passed candidates with exceptionally good knowledge of English grammar and Spoken English can also apply. Admission: Admission notices are published in the local daily newspaper of Nagaland about 10 days prior to commencement of course for every 2 months or after completion of training of a batch. #RIELIT has so far placed 44 students studying Call Centre Training Agents for working as customer care officers to various campanies. |
